Oh my gosh, cupcakes with little mustaches... whhhy didn't I ever think of that? Following a link I saw on my girlie Andrea's, Fly blog, I found these adorably cute prints by Blanca Gomez. I'm in love with these, especially the little guy walking around the shop!!

we need love too

While exploring one of my new favorite sites, typographic posters dot com I stumbled across the above beauty, designed by Fabian Barral from Auvergne, France. I love the message and the way the type is illustrated. The details of the poster are pretty amazing too. 

It always frustrates me when I fall in love with a poster and there is no way I can snag it up for my walls. However, Fabian has provided us with a lovely online shop that he runs with his wife, Frédérique.  They not only sell the beautiful posters, but intricate wall stickers to decorate your home.

urban outfitters cheap and cheaper

While waiting for like an hour or two for a table at the Cheesecake Factory I wandered into Urban and found that a lot of cute stuff was on sale. I got the cute yellow bowl pictured above! Today in between doing work and doing work I strolled onto their website and realized even MORE great deals! Go spend the moola I don't have on some sweet stuff! I love those little moccasins and the awesome pillow with art from Masha D'yans.

inspired by radness

One of my favorite movies is North Shore. Made in 1987, it features riding from some of the best surfers of that time [even now] like Laird Hamilton, Mark Occhilupo, and Derek Ho. The movie is a bit cheesy, but the story is cute and I adore those rad 80s surf fashions. Polka dots, zig zags, bold patterns, and my favorite... florescent pink! 

It is because of my love for North Shore and all things 80s that I was so excited to see some of Quiksilver's board shorts and clothing this season. Even though it's boy stuff, I'll still try to get my hands on a boardie or two!
